It’s in this beautiful setting that HLI offers their popular home tuition programme, where students get the opportunity to live in their teacher’s home to learn English.

You will have 15 private classes per week, all of which will be catered to your specifications. This will leave you with a schedule that ensures your progress with English, but will also leave you with more than enough time to get out and explore all the markets, historical buildings along the high street, and live music venues. Be sure to bring warm clothes if you plan to reserve outside of the summer months, as the weather can get chilly here.

This option provides full board meal plans, so you will be able to just focus on your studies and learn as much as you can about Shrewsbury during your stay. HLI encourages guests to get in touch with their Local Organiser if they have any issues that come up during your course.
With this programme, you will be completely immersed in the target language and culture. The private lessons will take place at the teacher’s home and are tailored to your needs and interests.
