Location: Emerald Cultural Institute Dublin is located in the unique and bustling Irish capital city of Dublin. The school has various centres all over the city, the central of these being in the Rathgar area, a residential area on the outskirts of the city centre. The school is housed in an original Victorian Mansion with a private garden surrounding it. There are several eateries, cafés, banks, and links to public transport close by. Attractions within walking distance include the historic centre of Dublin, River Dobbler and Palmerston Park. The city centre is within a 30-minute journey of the school via public transport.

Social and cultural: Every week, Emerald Cultural Institute Dublin provides students with a social and cultural programme of extracurricular activities, such as excursions, seminars and trips. Activities and excursions may include trips to attractions and sites of interest such as Dublin Castle, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Zoo and more. Dublin is ripe with history and places of cultural interest to be explored.

Course selection: Emerald Cultural Institute Dublin provides courses for adult and junior students throughout several locations in Dublin. The adult courses given by the school include immersive residential experiences, Teacher Training programmes, English for Executives, Exam Preparation (IELTS, FCE, CAE) and Academic Year Programmes. There are also Summer experience courses available for Juniors and Young Adults throughout the summer months in fantastic residential location-based throughout the city.

Generally course material has to be purchased by the student. The costs of course material will be approximately 55 € per course level.
Comments about courses

Non-EU students booking an Academic Year Programme must register and pay for a recognised English exam. An exam deposit of EUR 120 is required at the time of booking.

Medical insurance is available for long-term students at a cost of EUR 140 per year.

Mandatory Learner Protection insurance costs EUR 50 (for long-term bookings of 25 weeks or more).

Individual classes
Single individual lessons of tuition can be reserved at 90 €. The combination of group and individual lessons is highly recommended. Individual lessons will encourage you to actively speak the foreign language and will offer you the opportunity to discuss individual problems and weaknesses.
