| Requirements IALC member schools need to fulfill | To be part of this association, members must follow these criterias: |
| Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by IALC | Any complaint must be address with the member school directly, before contacting IALC. If a compromise can not be made, then the complainant is able to contact IALC. The school must respond to the allogation and IALC will attempt to resolve the matter. If this is still not possible the case will be sent to the IALC Ombudsman to conclude the matter. |
