Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by MEI / RELSA | If a student has a complaint against a member school then they must first take it up with the school itself. If this cannot be resolved in house then the student can write a detailed account of their grievance to the following email address: info@mei.ie |
Any guarantees for students in case of bankruptcy of a language school associated with MEI / RELSA | MEI has a proctection scheme for students, should a member school go bankrupt. MEI will find the student a replacement for the remainder of their duration at another one of their member schools with no extra charge . They will attempt to match the course and location as close to the original as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact match. |
