Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by ACELS | The complaint process for an ACELS member is as follows; a written explanation can be electronically mailed or sent in the post to the ACELs representative responsible. There must be evidence of communications between the complainant and the school in question, where a compromise was not possible. ACELS will request a response from the school in question. Once this has been sent, the complainant is asked to read through and respond to the schools defence. |
