Immerse yourself in an English learning experience in Brisbane, with HLI’s home tuition programme that sees students living in their teachers’ homes with their families. Your teacher will prepare classes for you that get straight to the point about any subject that you want to learn about, which could be a particular grammar point that you have been struggling with, or vocabulary for certain real-life situations.

You won’t have to worry about what to do for meals, as you’ll be provided with three every day by your host family. There’s a lot to discover in Brisbane, but you’ll be able to look to your host for advice and guidance for the best tips for living there during your stay. You’ll learn much more quickly about Australian culture by living with a local family, which can prove invaluable for a variety of reasons.
With this programme, you will be completely immersed in the target language and culture. The private lessons will take place at the teacher’s home and are tailored to your needs and interests. The programme also includes accommodation in a private bedroom (Sunday to Sunday) and 3 meals per day with the teacher’s family.
You can customise your stay by booking additional lessons, activities, courses for specific purposes, private bathroom, accommodation of superior standard, airport transfer and close supervision for young students.

This course is ideal for students who wish to gain a sound understanding of the language through a well-rounded course. Course tuition is structured as follows: 16 General language lessons, 4 project sessions, 4 special interest lessons and 2 lecture sessions each week.
