Friendly people, good learning atmosphere, good interaction, many very good and patient teachers, everyone is highly motivated to enable you to have a good stay and to be at your side with words and deeds.
Insider tip: Possibility to play volleyball Tuesday evening at a school in Dun Loaghire (a little far from the NCG school but within walking distance). Find out quickly what options you have für excursions.

Other comments For long-term students it is particularly unfortunate to only ever receive paper copies as study material. A workbook would be better and you could see a better concept. It felt like the topics were mixed up and the common thread was missing.

There are only a few social programs, or some are planned in such a way that you can't participate at all because classes are taking place at the same time.

Quality of teaching / language progress: Interesting exchange with students from other countries (including non-EU countries).
Other comments Well organized, but the introduction was more for long-term students (many stay there for many months), which was less relevant for us. However, this meant we missed the first lesson, which was a shame.

Other comments The multi-bed rooms in the hostel are the right choice for short term students. All who wish to stay longer than three weeks should consider to book an individual apartment, a host family, a hostel or a nearby B & B. The highseason is during the summer month, so the classes are always full. If you like it a mor quiet I would rather recommend to go in spring. You could hardly find any Germans there. I appreciated it a lot, because I was forced to communicate in English though. (The period from June to July, 2013, 8 weeks)

Other comments It should be called "Language in Dun Laoghaire" - the centre of Dublin is one hour away ... But Dun Laoghaire is nice, by the sea and it has come pubs ... The school is good, the host family accommodations - in regards to tidiness - are beneath contempt. It had to be said although normally, the hosts are very friendly and helpful! Average age around 20, many Brazilians, some Japanese, South Koreans. Besides that, students from France, Spain, Columbia, Netherlands, few Germans (good for me :-) )
