What we like about the school

What we dislike about the school
  • Do not offer favorable cancellation terms in the case of a student getting a visa rejected.

Venue: Travelling Languages’ school building is located in Dublin’s Docklands neighbourhood, not far from the Docklands Train Station. Though students begin in Dublin, most will head out from there in the direction of the programme they’ve chosen, whether that be East, South, West or Northwest, to discover Irish life, landscapes and culture firsthand. Students on Travelling Languages programmes have a native speaker with them at all times, ensuring a true immersive experience.

Total Immersion: Total immersion is the key component to all the programmes on offer at Travelling Languages. Outside of formal classes, students don’t have time to revert back to using their native language. Travelling Languages programmes keep students busy and engaged throughout the day.

A different approach: Travelling Languages uses its own unique system where much of the learning happens outside of the classroom. Their English programmes combine language learning with travel and keep students speaking English all day long. Throughout their programmes students are accompanied by “Talk Jockeys”, native English speakers who keep up a constant light conversation, telling jokes, using slang and explaining expressions which students may not know - all day long.
