School campus: Capital School of English is housed in Bournemouth University Talbot Campus, in Talbot village, north of Bournemouth. It is a 15 minute trip on public transportation to the city centre. The university campus has coffee shops, a restaurant and numerous bus stops for easy transportation around the area. Wallisdown is the next village along from the school, a 15-minute walk, and here students can find commercial stores and a range of eateries and cafes.
Course structure: This programme includes 20 lessons of English per week, and all course material is included. The teaching staff are experienced in working with different ages and cultures, and lessons are planned with this in mind. The learning objectives are explained to the students, and there are regular progress assessments for each student to make sure that they are on track with their learning. Self study is encouraged.
Programme: Students will stay on campus for the duration of the course. There are single bedrooms, with shared bathrooms. There is an activity programme for the students as well as weekly excursions.
