Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by English UK | A student wanting to lodge an official complaint against a member of English UK should first be dealt with by the school in question. If this is not resolved satisfactorily then the student (or a family member) can contact English UK and write a full statement in English detailing the grievance to complaints@englishuk.com. |
Any guarantees for students in case of bankruptcy of a language school associated with English UK | Should a member school fall into bankruptcy, English UK will find a suitable replacement for the student at one of their member schools. English UK will try to match the course at a school location as close to the original as possible but cannot guarantee a complete match. English UK does not offer a refund for the student. |
