13 Learn French & Cooking in France

This programme combines language lessons (Standard course) with cooking sessions (3 afternoons per week). It also includes lunch (from Monday to Saturday), 1 full-day excursion on Saturday and activities and workshops every evening.
For the same price, students can also stay at the Parc Impérial or Les Eucalyptus residences.

Additional optional fees:

• Extra for gluten-free diet: EUR 130 per week
• Extra night: EUR 70 per night
• Upgrade to a single room in Premium Residence Jean Medecin or homestay: EUR 70 per week

20 lessons general French + 2 sessions (2 or 3 hours each) of cooking/baking lessons per week.

French levels: A2 to B2 All cooking levels accepted. Course not offered during the month of August.

Group classes from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 2 culinary activities (1 gourmet tour of the city of Nice to discover local specialities and a cooking class).

Test Level Prior to the Course Cooking classes in the afternoon subject to availability

20 lessons of French gastronomy dedicated to presenting the history and principles of French gastronomy, the differences between the North and the South of the country and French local specialities. It includes 2 cooking classes per week with a chef.
The content of the course is based around the following areas:

• Presentation of French gastronomy (history, principles and rules).
• France and the local cuisine: French regional specialties.
• The differences between the North and the South of the country.
• Learn how to create a delicious recipe with French culinary vocabulary to impress your guests.
• Visit to a local market with regional products.
• Learn to identify products and create full menus.

This course includes 20 general language lessons and 8 cooking lessons per week.
