Kaplan’s General English courses are aimed at improving your core English language skills, and doing so in a way that lets you apply your English to both work and academic contexts later on in life. “The school is in a very good location, with many things within walking distance. There were about 15 of us in the class, which was good for exchange and communication. Everyone was able to get involved in the lessons. In general, I also liked the way the lessons were organized, as it was a mixture of provided exercise sheets, videos and open communication.”
“The school put together a calendar for the whole month where you could take part in events. Some of the prices were quite high, as some things were much cheaper if you booked them yourself and not through Kaplan (e.g. Broadway shows, Yankee game).”
