Location: ELI Schools-Grand Canal is located in Dublin’s South City Centre, in a restored Georgian building facing the Grand Canal. The neighbourhood, within walking distance to many of Dublin’s most well-known attractions, is mainly a business district and home to several big global companies like Facebook, Google and LinkedIN. It is a relatively quiet neighbourhood with green spaces, but is only a 15-minute walk from the main shopping area around Dame Street.

School facilities: The school is large, with a total of 16 classrooms, a computer area, student lounges, a coffee bar and an outdoor garden terrace. The attractive and spacious building has large windows which let in a lot of light over the eclectic and cheerful decor.

Getting around: ELI Schools-Grand Canal is just a short walk along the canal to Grand Canal Plaza and the Grand Canal Docks Train Station. There are also several bus stops in the area, but a great way to get around in Dublin is by bicycle, and ELI Schools-Grand Canal makes that a little easier by providing a bike rack at their front door.
