Great experience. I am very glad that I've chosen this school. The convenient location of the school, the opportunity to purchase or use textbooks during the class, an adequate assessment of the level and studying in a group of the same level, a wonderful teacher Ana - I recommend the school to those who want to get a good level.

My course coincided with the relocation of the school from one address to another. Because of this, there were some inconveniences in terms of classroom equipment and teaching quality. I liked one teacher, Franka. It's a pity that she was just a stand-in teacher.
Insider tip: Make sure you discuss the details of the course as well as your expectations. I expected that there would be a lot of spoken German. But we mainly studied grammar using textbooks.
Review details
Other comments 1. I passed a level test and they didn't show me the results. And I was simply sent to a group. 2. My grammar knowledge was much better than of the other studens of the group. In my opinion, the test was not correct. 3. The teacher often switched from German to English, if there were difficulties with translation. I have a question: why English? I paid for a GERMAN course. I and some other students didn't know English very well. Why didn't she switch to RUSSIAN? Or to CHINESE? 4. If a student is active in the class, reacts quickly and, in general, behaves positively, then this (at school) is not welcomed. According to the teacher, such a student should sit quietly, wait until they ask him or give the opportunity to work to shy and quiet students. In my opinion, it is wrong. You can fall asleep in class if there is no dynamics. And that happened at times!

You can change the class and solve all problems through the office (although it was not clear why these problems had occurred, for example, there were no dishes in the apartment)
Review details
Other comments I lived very far from the school, the way took me about an hour. The apartment included an absolute minimum, quite uncomfortable, there were insects there (perhaps because of the heat). In addition, I couldn't get the keys immediately, I had to wait for several hours. The teachers are sometimes replaced, which is not very good for the educational process. In general, everything is fine, but the number of organizational issues and the dormitory location were a little upsetting this time.

Quality of teaching / language progress: Verena my teacher was very good indeed. Some of the information was out of date about accommodation. The office staff could have been more helpful. There weren't any afternoon activities because of Covid. I was disappointed they weren't on and wasn't aware of this before I went.

Very good teachers. They could have safely organised activities but they didn't.
Insider tip: In Germany, you will not find pills to sleep. So take some with you. On the upper floor, there were some hooligans. The Japanese student in the room next to mine lost his patience and requested a change. I stayed the whole month and wanted to kill myself.
Review details
Quality of teaching / language progress: Tareq is an excellent teacher. It was worth going through hell in the accommodation just for Tareq's classes. Bring pills to sleep if you stay on campus. Let them know if you don't like the accommodation and ask for a change or book an airbnb. Classes are excellent. I think there is not a better teacher in Berlin. He teaches A2 German. There were no activities due to covid. They should rebuild the school but perform 3 exorcisms at least first.

  • With books, it really depends on the level. For this reason I would advise the student to buy them here, having already checked into their course and being satisfied with the level. Students can buy the books at any time at school, online or in bookstores.

    The books are:
    A1/A2 – Network NEW
    B1-C1 – Aspects NEW
