Location: Expanish Buenos Aires is located in the capital city of Argentina, Buenos Aires. The school is housed in the Palermo neighbourhood, surrounded by public transport networks, eateries, and many attractions and sites of interest. Within walking distance of the school are places such as the Lagos de Regatas de Palermo, El Solar shopping mall and the Belgrano Auditorium. Within a 25-minute train journey of the school's front doors, students have the Galileo Galilei Planetarium, the MALBA Museum and the National Museum of Fine Art.
Getting around: The school is within 170m of the Olleros subway station and has various bus routes nearby, giving students access to all that the neighbourhood and the city have to offer.
Course selection: In addition to General Spanish programmes taught over various schedules and intensities, Expanish Buenos Aires also provides several courses for specific learning. These courses include DELE and SIELE Exam Preparation programmes, evening classes, private lessons and even Spanish & Tango programmes.
School chain: Expanish has been supplying Spanish courses for over 15 years, since its founding in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The now group of schools has expanded to add locations in Barcelona and Madrid. Expanish has given thousands of students valuable tuition and study abroad experiences and regularly gains recognition for this via such awards as the Study Travel Awards.

"Was very good. The only thing was that we finished quite late (around 5pm)."
Special note for 2025 holiday season: If you plan to take a course during the high season months of April, June, July or August 2025 we urgently advise you to book as early as possible. In 2024 many schools were fully booked during the holidays and the situation is unlikely to be different for 2025 due to a current shortage of teachers, which affects most schools.

Mornings were ok, afternoons very changeable: frequently changing teachers (I had five in three weeks), sometimes the courses were too big (up to 12 in one day), no "real program", very varying quality; many expected an accelerated 30hrs course which was not offered. Lack of sufficient information beforehand, possibly also by languagecourse.net.

Expanish offers a variety of different activities every week, so there is always something fun to do! All activities are chosen to offer students a chance to enjoy Buenos Aires and learn about Argentine culture, as well as to practice Spanish outside of the classroom.
Every week there are at least 4 free activities. Activities are divided into 4 categories: Academic, Cultural and Recreational, Social and Welcome Activities. Activity schedules vary throughout the year and are finalized a month in advance. Students sign up for activities in Buenos Aires after arrival. All activities are optional.
