Venue: Dublin College of Advanced Studies is located in Dublin’s city centre, on the north side of the River Liffey. There are several bus and tram stops in the area and the school is a ten minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Dublin’s famed Temple Bar. Just a four-minute walk down the street from Dublin College of Advanced Studies, students can discover the National Leprechaun Museum. There are lots of shops and shopping centres in the area around the school as well as many restaurants and pubs.

The school: Dublin College of Advanced Studies was established in 2007. They have an experienced teaching staff who are passionate about what they do. The school offers General English courses as well as IELTS exam preparation programmes and TESOL teacher training courses. In addition to their short term courses, Dublin College of Advanced Studies also runs Academic Year programmes.

Getting there: Dublin Airport (DUB) has direct connections to the school’s neighbourhood via the Dublin Express airport service and travel time is approximately 45 minutes. A taxi ride takes about 35 to 40 minutes. The train station closest to the school is Tara Street, which is twenty minutes away on foot.
