Miami ratings & opinions
How our students rated their experience in Miami
What our students said about Miami
If you don't stray away from the busy streets, it's really pleasant - tower blocks, beaches, restaurants etc. everything is there. Plenty of places to visit in the area. However, I was told that it's better not to venture into some areas :) You have to be careful on public transport - they tend to be cooled down to around 15 degrees, which can easily make a difference of 20 degrees to the outside temperature, so you can quickly catch a cold.
The best place to learn English. The most important thing is the teachers and I can say that they were very good.

Q&A - Questions about English courses and schools in Miami
- Looking for a language course in Miami for one week for my 7 years old daughter.“Unfortunately, none of the schools we work with in Miami accept students of that age. However, it might be possible to arrange some private lessons for your daughter.”Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Sep 02, 2024I would like to take educational leave. Can I take a course in Miami with ESTA approval?“Unfortunately, the courses for educational leave are almost always intensive courses with more than 18 hours per week. This is not compatible with ESTA approval. ”Julia Von Vopelius-Feldt, LanguageCourse.Net - Oct 16, 2023I have accommodation, can I book the course only?“Yes, you can book the course only. Let us know what your preferred dates are and we can send you more information about the courses. ”Ana Carolina Dos Santos, LanguageCourse.Net - May 03, 2023I am interested in taking the English course. I am from Colombia but I am already in the United States.“If you want to study at an English language school, you will need to make sure that the school is certified by the US Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP); all the schools we work with are. You will not be eligible for a change of status in the United States if you entered as a visitor through the visa waiver programme; I do not know if this is the case for you. If you meet the above criteria and wish to change your status while you remain in the United States, you must file an application with USCIS to change your non-immigrant status.
”Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Apr 26, 2023Is the flight included in the price?“No, we do not take care of the flights, but we do recommend that you only purchase them once your booking has been confirmed by the school.”Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Apr 21, 2023I am looking for a virtual English programme.“At present, all courses are face-to-face.”Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Mar 27, 2023I want to move to Miami Beach USA to work there as a medical secretary. For this reason I need to improve my English. What do you recommend?“Looking at your request you might be interested in Language On. They also offer business courses, so if at some point you'd like to specialise your English a bit more in the direction of your work, then you could do so at this school. The business courses are a combination of a general English group course, with private lessons for professionals. How does that sound?”Robin Rebecca Pietersma, LanguageCourse.Net - Feb 14, 2023I live in Kendall and would like a school nearby.“We do not work with any schools in Kendall, but we do work with several schools in the vicinity of Miami International Airport or on Brickell Avenue, about 15'-20' away by car.”Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Jan 09, 2023FAQ - Frequently asked questions about English courses in Miami
