The home tuition programme from HLI offers learners the advantages of total language immersion, by allowing them to converse with their host family and putting them in the middle of the action in Lisbon.

During your free time between your 15 lessons per week, you will be able to discover what so many people love about living in Lisbon. You can look forward to complementing your language studies with tourist activities in the historical centre, checking out the local cuisine, and taking up new hobbies or continuing to enjoy old ones in a new place.

Your host family will provide you with three meals per day, as this is a full-board experience. If for any reason you experience some kind of issue while studying at your teacher’s home, HLI asks that you get in touch with their Local Organiser agents who are situated within Lisbon.
With this programme, you will be completely immersed in the target language and culture. The private lessons will take place at the teacher’s home and are tailored to your needs and interests. The programme also includes accommodation in a private bedroom (Sunday to Sunday) and 3 meals per day with the teacher’s family.
You can customise your stay by booking additional lessons, activities, courses for specific purposes, private bathroom, accommodation of superior standard, airport transfer and close supervision for young students.
