In this programme you will learn about the history of wine and vine and about the oenology process. You will also receive lessons to learn the techniques and vocabulary of wine tasting, as well as the different wine regions. It includes 2 half-day excursions to local vineyards.- 20 French lessons per week.
During wine tasting, you will learn the specific French oenological
vocabulary and discover your personal taste. You will learn to
recognise the strengths and weaknesses of a wine and be advised
on how to make your own wine cellar. The introductory wine course
will be taught by a well-known sommelier or adviser on winemaking.

The reputation of French wine is outstanding, but do you really know
the intricate details between the different French wine regions?
During this course, you will taste a special selection of French wines,
learn how to discuss wine and depth and understand the different
appellations and varieties of grape.
