This course has as goal to introduce students to the topics of teaching Italian as a second language and provide them with the practical and theoretical tools to address the teaching of the discipline.

The following topics are discussed:

• Which language for which student? Communication needs and type of students.
• Teaching programs and student typology.
• Communication as a means of teaching practice. Communicative method and integrated method.
• Morphology and syntax in the didactic activity.
• Realisation of didactic units: organisation, selection and preparation of the material.
• Daily programming: organisation and rhythms.

**The school is also a venue for DITALS I and DITALS II exams.
Online lessons for this course are available all year round, EUR 40 per hour.

This course is aimed at those who practice teaching or who plan to undertake the teaching of Italian L2 or L3 in order to expand their experience and learn new techniques. Considering the limited number of participants, it will be possible to address the needs of individual students, taking into account the structures required and the type of students.

• Stimuli for oral linguistic production,

• Advice and suggestions.
