Location: TALK Schools Aventura is an English language institute located in the suburban city of Aventura, around 24 km to the north of Miami city. The school is housed in the city centre, a short distance from many boutique stores and shops, cafes and places of social and cultural interest such as Aventura Mall, the Bal Harbour Shopping Center, Hallandale Beach, Golden Beach and Sunny Isles.
Course selection: Course selection includes something for adult studetns of all levels. In addition to General English over various schedules and intensities, the school also supplies Specialized English and One-to-one tuition.
Getting around: The school is a 5-minute walk from the Miami Metrobus stop, ensuring students have links between Aventura, Miami Beach and Downtown Miami.
Miami International Airport is around a 30-minute taxi from the school's front doors.
Accommodation: The school can supply accommodation in homestays with local families. All accommodation is subject to availability and is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Social and cultural: The school provides an active and diverse leisure calendar for students to be given ample opportunities to get to know their international peers. Activities can include the many shows and events in Miami, trips to local bars and eateries, evenings at the cinema, trips to local places of interest and much more.
School facilities: The school facilities include 13 classrooms, interactive technology, free WIFI, free parking, lounge areas and a large Student Support Desk for any questions, queries or concerns that arise.
