Location: Tamwood Junior Summer Camp Vancouver is located in the bustling and culturally rich city of Vancouver, Canada. This camp is held at one of two universities, either on the Simon Fraser University campuses or the University of British Columbia campuses. Both universities offer modern and welcoming facilities and accommodations for junior students to receive all they may need to have a productive and memorable experience in Vancouver.

The campus site for Simon Fraser University is in Burnaby and sits on 170 hectares of land atop Burnaby Mountain. Around 20 km from downtown Vancouver, Simon Fraser University offers students a fantastic outdoor location with many outdoor activities.

Course selection: Course selection is of residential or day junior summer programmes.

Social and cultural: Activities in these junior summer camps can include kayaking, swimming, beach sports at Buntzen Lake, hiking, sports field games in Burnaby Mountain Park, canoeing on Deer Lake and more.

Accommodation: The Simon Fraser University location provides a modern residence campus with private rooms and shared washroom facilities. There are shared communal spaces and Tamwood live-in staff that are available 24/7, in addition to campus security.

The University of British Columbia campus provides several room types and facilities, including single and double rooms and shared washrooms.

Throughout all full camp programmes, students receive three hot meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
