Location: EF International Language Center Vancouver is located in the beautiful green city of Vancouver, BC, Canada. The school is in a downtown loft-style building, a few minutes from the trendy cafés of Gastown, the shops of Robson Street, and the seawall at Stanley Park. EF Vancouver is well placed, giving students easy access to many of the city centre's attractions, the Vancouver Art Gallery, Science World, Roger's Arena and BC Place Stadium, all just moment's walk from the school's front doors. The Stadium-Chinatown Subway station is also just a short walk from the school, ensuring students have Vancouver's attractions within easy reach. Vancouver International Airport is within a 20-minute drive of the school, allowing all international arrivals and departures to be made with ease.
School facilities: The school's facilities are exemplary of what is necessary to reach language goals in a comfortable environment. Classrooms are spacious and have excellent lighting, offering fantastic opportunities for student engagement. Facilities include a cafeteria, a computer lab, a lounge area and free WIFI. All classrooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating and have ample natural light to ensure an optimal learning environment for all.
Course selection: Course selection with EF Vancouver is extensive, offering programmes to students of all levels throughout the whole year. In addition to General English programmes, over a variety of schedules and intensities, the school also provides several Exam Preparation programmes and Internship programmes with local industries.
Accommodation: Programmes with EF Vancouver are available with or without accommodation. The school has several options for accommodation in Homestay, Student residence and Shared Apartments.

The General English course offered by EF Vancouver is their standard, and involves taking a total of 26 classes per week, at 40 minutes in duration each. You will have the opportunity to have classes based entirely on what you want when you take your four special interest lessons that are included in the package.

Information for all courses offered by EF International Language Center
The cost of course materials vary depending on the duration of the course:
- Course literature (for English destinations) for bookings 1-6 weeks long: 55 EUR
- Course literature (for English destinations) for bookings 7-12 weeks long: 95 EUR
- Course literature (for non-English destinations) for bookings 1-9 weeks long: 80 EUR
- Course literature (for non- English destinations) for bookings 10-18 weeks long: 145 EUR
Cancellation Protection fee: EUR 85 (Non-refundable).
Students must book travel insurance, which covers the whole period of the course and stay in Vancouver. Students can book Erika Insurance Coverage via the school: - Two weeks: EUR 85.
- Per additional extra week: EUR 40.
Students can have another insurance but they must prove they have booked another one.
Accommodation: - The twin room homestay included in the tuition price can be upgraded to a single room homestay for EUR 50 per week.
- Homestays are no further than 45 minutes by public transportation from school.
- Residence accommodation is also available upon request and subject to availability.
Classes are likely to take place on some days in the morning and other days in the afternoon. Students will be given the exact timetable closer to the start date. These are sample times and lessons will fall within the time frames stated depending on availability and time of year.

A 2.5 hour tour around Stanley Park, includes bicycle & helmet rental. Stanley Park is considered by Trip Advisor the best city park in the world. Home to rose gardens, biking/hiking trails, lakes, the Aquarium, and local wildlife, this 1000 acre park is absolutely amazing.

Discovery Pack - Victoria & Whistler Sightseeing - (DCPVAN)
Students visit the beautiful capital of British Columbia by ferry and then bus.The ferry takes a scenic route through small islands. Once in Victoria students have add-on options such as whale - watching through summer and fall or can see various museums and the famous Butchart gardens year-round. Whistler is a famous ski resort and main site of the 2010 Winter Olympics. Students can ski or snowboard through the winter and spring.
