Location: CEL College of English Language Santa Monica Los Angeles is located in the iconic Californian city of Santa Monica, USA. Social and Cultural: As well as being the well known home to the origins of skateboarding, Santa Monica is also a big cultural centre for the arts, including music, and has many sites of interest for students to visit and enjoy. Such sights within walking distance of the school include Santa Monica Pier, Dogtown and Santa Monica beach. Attractions a short 25-minute ride on public transport include Venice Beach and Venice Beach skatepark.
