Location: CEL College of English Language Downtown San Diego is located in the vibrant coastal city of San Diego, California, USA. Housed in the heart of Downtown San Diego and close to Broadway, the school is in a unique location for any student wishing to study in the centre of the bustling and popular American city. There are many amenities, links to public transport and attractions nearby. Such attractions within walking distance of the school include the Balboa Theatre, the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter and Little Italy, the Maritime Museum of San Diego, the San Diego Air & Space Museum, Balboa Park and much more.
Course selection: The school offers a fantastic range of English courses, with something suitable for students of all levels. In addition to General English courses taught over various schedules and intensities, students can also take the Academic Year programme and Exam Preparation (TOEFL). Please note that some exam courses have specific start dates and course durations. Students interested in surfing also have the opportunity to take English & Surfing programmes. Teen programmes are also readily available during the summer months for students aged 12-18 years.
Accommodation: CEL Downtown San Diego can provide accommodation in Homestay, shared apartments and residences throughout the year, subject to availability. Please note that the distance to, and travel times from, the school can vary.
