On the English with Walking course students will combine learning English in the morning, with walking or hiking in the afternoon. The entire Cornish peninsula is linked by hundreds of miles of maintained coast path, which makes some of the most striking and beautiful vistas accessible to walkers.
In the morning, you will learn in modern classrooms in the clifftop location. There you will work on improving your English conversation and grammatical knowledge. With a team of expert teachers, you will make progress and become a better communicator in English.
Each afternoon you will hike. There you will discover the landscape made famous by Rosamunde Pilcher, Poldark and most recently – Raynor Winn. The school is situated on The South West Coast Path, beautiful walks are literally a few steps away. Experienced guides and hikers have extensive knowledge of th location, and will walk at your pace.
You will need a degree of physical fitness and good walking shoes. The walking courses are not designed as endurance courses, rather the guides want to showcase the beautiful setting in the best way possible: on foot.
