This course includes a culture workshop once a week. The Intensive French course from Atelier 9’s Paris school offers a friendly and relaxed learning environment, which is made possible through their commitment to keeping each group to a maximum of 9 students. The school follows a much more communicative approach compared to more traditional styles of teaching French, and for that reason features a large amount of conversation activities, such as role plays based on everyday situations, or debates about current events, and so on.

General 20
Throughout the programme, you will quickly develop your French language communication skills across a range of real-life contexts. You will take a total of four lessons every day, with one half being devoted to vocabulary building, grammar, and pronunciation, and the other half focusing on the traditional four pillars of language acquisition listening, reading, speaking and writing.
This programme makes use of a course book in order to provide a clear and easy-to-follow curriculum, and will be supplemented by dynamic activities that get you involved with your classmates. Some of these methods might include case studies, debates, role-plays, and reading magazine excerpts together to later give your opinions.
During busy periods the General English classes may be run at different times of the day.

This course is addressed to students who wish to study intensively and achieve a major fluency in a short period of time. Participants will study the same lessons as for the General 20 course and they will choose electives to complement their course.
It concentrates on all the areas that you need to achieve a much greater fluency in a short period of time. This course is suitable for students who wish to study intensively and get a well rounded insight into the language and country.
In 2 lessons each day you will cover the following areas: grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation. In a further 2 lessons you concentrate on: speaking, listening, reading, writing. 4 additional lessons per week are a range of electives to suit all levels, needs and interests.
Standard General French
The general French course from Bayswater uses the most up-to-date methodologies and learning materials to ensure that students experience classes that are motivating and inspire learners to participate in their lessons and the learning process in general. You can expect to use both textbook and online resources throughout the course, which are there to provide structure and continuity for all participants.

Semi-Intensive Course available only in blocks of 4 weeks.

Evening classes are hybrid: students they can sign up at the school in Paris or online. They are aimed at busy professionals.
Full and false beginners will develop basic language skills aiming at becoming autonomous in French, talk about practical subjects using more and more tenses. Meanwhile, your tutor will guide you through current general topics and help you perfect your fluidity of speech.

Morning Semi-Intensive Course
In this 15-hour-per-week course you will study the four main areas of language development: listening, speaking, reading and writing. The focus of the classes will be giving you the tools to feel more prepared and confident when it comes to managing situations in French, which will be adjusted to your ability level to make sure your classes are always stimulating and engaging.
There will be plenty of time given to developing cultural awareness and social skills, to combine with your French language development.
The semi-intensive morning course is not available during the summer months of July and August. Students can follow the afternoon course instead.
This morning semi-intensive French course at ACCORD French language school focuses on developing the four communication skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Grammar and Writing Lessons
These classes take place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - and are purely focused on helping students develop their French grammar understanding and their writing skills. No matter what level you currently have these skills at, Accord will have the right level group for you.
As an added bonus, you’ll speak in French constantly with your classmates, since the students at this academy are diverse and from a wide range of nationalities - meaning that the common language in the classroom ends up being French.
Every teaching hour is equivalent to 60 minutes, which is more time than many schools offer per tuition hour. Class sizes are set to a maximum of 14 participants, so you will be able to work together effectively with your classmates while using French, and also be able to consult your teacher whenever necessary.

The ACCORD French AS-A Level, ILC, ABITUR Preparation Course allows students to focus on specific skills and subjects to prepare the French exam in the best conditions. It is a great way to improve your marks for your French exam whilst enjoying living in Paris.
Le Certifiant - Standard French
At Etoile Institut, all students enrolled in the Le Certifiant programme take at the end of their training the TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français).
