The basic course is intended for people who can communicate in normal, everyday situations. It’s aimed to communicate in Polish in everyday life, general and professional matters.

During the lessons, special emphasis is placed on developing and consolidating conversational skills, as well as reading comprehension in terms of subject matter and grammar. The topics of the basic course vary from everyday life to general matters and professional life, such as the first meeting, moving around the city, asking for addresses, telephone numbers, specific objects, shopping, services, dealing with various institutions, social life, business contacts, preferences, interests, hobbies, emotions and feelings (external and internal characteristics of people and animals).

The intermediate course is intended for people who can communicate well in Polish in everyday and professional situations. The goal of the course is to communicate in Polish on general, professional, environmental and customary matters.

During the Intermediate Course lessons the student will encounter short texts, films, theater, trips. The work emphasizes the development and consolidation of listening and speaking comprehension, as well as reading and writing in terms of subject matter and grammar with the syllabus and teaching material.

Lessons include topics from everyday, social and professional life such as presentations and meetings, social life, professional contacts, environment, dealing with matters in all institutions, own and other people’s preferences, emotions and feelings, traveling, spending free time, important celebrations.
