Location: LiL'Langues is located in the bustling university city of Lille, in northern France. The school has a fantastic location, in the student-orientated Esquermes district, surrounded by cafés, eateries, supermarkets and an active nightlife. Local parks and green spaces such as the beautiful Vauban Garden and the 17th-century Citadelle de Lille are within walking distance of the school's front doors, ensuring students have ample opportunities to enjoy the city, whilst studying at LiL'Langues. The Lille Flandres train station is within 30 minutes of the school, making London, Paris and Brussels all within a 1-hour train ride from there.

Social and Cultural: Regular cultural activities and excursions are available to all, allowing students to become immersed in the local culture, history and the city's events.

Course selection: Course selection has something for students of all levels, over a variety of schedules and intensities. Basic programmes in General French are available in conjunction with other subjects such as DELF and DALF Exam Preparation or independently. Specialist courses in Speaking and Writing are readily available throughout the year.

Accommodation: Accommodation is available through the school in Homestay facilities with local families.

Single individual lessons of tuition can be reserved at 80 €. The combination of group and individual lessons is highly recommended. Individual lessons will encourage you to actively speak the foreign language and will offer you the opportunity to discuss individual problems and weaknesses.

  • The average time is 40 minutes to Lil'Langues on public transport, however all is possible on the same network and we are well connected by metro, bus and tram.

  • If you would like to do 3 hours per day in the morning, it would be better pedagogically (and financially) for you to be integrated into our morning programmes. The private lessons can be followed in the afternoons, as the teachers are generally busy with the group courses in the mornings. There is no special price for semi-private lessons possible.

    L'ESSENTIAL: Monday to Friday, 3 hours a day morning group course on basic level French, teaching materials included.
