Generally course material has to be purchased by the student. The costs of course material will be approximately 45 € per course level.

Health Insurance (mandatory for students under 18 and for Internship Programs): EUR 50 per week.
Changes:
- Before arrival: Changes to your confirmed booking (start dates, program, or services) can be made up to 2 weeks before your arrival. One change is free of charge. After the 1st change, each change will
be charged: EUR 100.
- After arrival: Change of destination, school, program, or accommodation: EUR 100. Subject to availability. Any difference in price will be charged to the student. Does not apply to summer camps. 4 weeks of advance notice is required.
Cancellation Guarantee
Any cancellation before and after arrival: EUR 75 per week.

- My daughter has a gluten allergy. Is it possible to serve gluten-free food at the summer camp with accommodation in residence and is there an extra cost?“At the camp we do not charge extra for diets, but we do offer several options: vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free.
In addition, the dishes on offer include options suitable for Muslim students who do not eat pork.
The only option we do not specifically offer is a kosher menu, although students can choose from the menu dishes that are suitable for their diet.
