CLLC (Canadian Language Learning College) schools promote the CCLC4U Philosophy, which incorporates the core values of empathy, observation, care and respect into learning and school environments.

Location: CLLC Toronto is located in the safe and vibrant city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Housed on Eglinton Avenue in the city's Midtown Tronto region, the school is within walking distance of a cinema complex, many restaurants and eateries, and attractions such as Eglinton Park, Sherwood Park, and more.

Getting around: The school is within 50m of the Eglinton subway station and has the Eglinton bus stops equally close. Toronto is a great city to walk around, with areas of the city centre very manageable on foot. There are also taxi, bus, subway, tram and streetcar services readily available throughout the city.

School facilities: School facilities include a lounge area, microwave use for students, vending machines for drinks and snacks, free after-class access to language learning software and free WIFI.

All classrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, with most having ample natural light to create an optimal learning environment.

Course selection: CLLC Toronto offers a range of courses suitable for students of all levels. In addition to General English, the school also provides specific learning in Exam Preparation and Communication Skills programmes. Many programmes, such as IELTS Exam Preparation, can be taken in conjunction with General English.

School Chain: CLLC (Canadian Language Learning Centre) has been providing language tuition to international students for many years. The school group is well-versed in treating education as a platform for success and has regularly been praised with awards and recognition from within the education sector.

CLLC currently run three locations in Canada, with one in Halifax, Toronto and Ottawa, respectively.

  • The e-learning programme you are interested in does not have a DLI number. Only face-to-face courses have one. So, unfortunately, an online conversation programme would not qualify you to extend your study permit.
    You are welcome to join the face-to-face classes. The General English Semi-Intensive program of 20 lessons per week may suit your needs.
    Please remember that to extend a study permit, the full payment for the programme is required before the school can issue the LOA.

For students who just want to study for 2 remaining weeks, we do not ask them to buy a new textbook. We give them the PDF. However, if they decide to extend, they will have to buy the new book.
