What our students said about Salzburg

Salzburg is a city you absolutely must visit. There is a magical atmosphere in Salzburg. The inhabitants are very friendly. The city is very well organised with public transport and pedestrian and cycle path connections and is also very clean. It offers many possibilities especially for families even with small children (there are baby changing facilities everywhere), with many green spaces, many games and above all safe. There are restaurants for all tastes or stalls with family-size bretzen, both sweet and savoury, or even supermarkets for those who only want to buy a ready-made sandwich or just fruit and vegetables. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful city, clean, safe and with many activities to do: from swimming to walking, from visiting the zoo to swimming. I really liked the parks with lots of games for the kids (football, beach volleyball, table tennis, basketball, tennis, climbing...). The school secretaries were very nice and I got on very well with my Lehrerin. I learnt German while having fun!

Overall, a very nice city. However, I was chased by a man in the city centre once. It happened in the middle of the day and there were a lot of people around, but still it scared me.

What language school directors said about Salzburg

Salzburg is located in the heart of Europe, with masses of history and sights, as well as beautiful nature nearby (lakes, mountains, ski resorts). The city welcomes many international guests all year round, but also keeps its small city charm and atmosphere.
