Trapani (Sicily) ratings & opinions
How our students rated their experience in Trapani (Sicily)
What our students said about Trapani (Sicily)
A great place to get to know Sicilian life without the hustle and bustle. According to Sicilians (also from other parts of the island), Trapani has the most beautiful beaches with turquoise-blue water. City beach really beautiful, clean, shallow water. Beautiful islands nearby. Good bus connection to get to know other places.
In general, Trapani is a very beautiful and interesting city in a fantastic location. Unfortunately, many things are closed in the off-season, e.g. museums and excursion providers, and most buses do not run on Sundays. The student card was also hardly usable, as the providers were closed.
Trapani is a beautiful city. There is a lot to do. Lively Italian nightlife, culture, there are also many excursion options in the surrounding area. Public transport is a bit chaotic but you can get everywhere in the end. Beautiful beaches and great flair.
Trapani is a very beautiful town, on a human scale, in a good location. The inhabitants are very friendly and dynamic. The school has absolutely nothing to do with it, but it has to be said that Trapani, like much of Sicily, is a particularly dirty town.
It was the first city in Italy where locals always spoke Italian to me. For a language student this is a huge advantage! Trapani is also a city with lots of local life, not just shops and restaurants for tourists.
I think Trapani and the area is beautiful, friendly, with great activities and excellent food.
To learn the Italian language and gain an insight into life in Sicily, Trapani is ideal.
Enjoyed it being less touristy, but with a number of sights and things to do.

Most recent student reviews of language schools in Trapani (Sicily)
Always nice contact, school very central, modernly equipped and clean. 4th floor, but with a lift! Our group was very international and all had a lot of life experience. The teacher Daniela was very attentive to our mistakes, but also suggested topics and asked questions. She gave our grammar a good boost. And always in a good mood and fun! Organised a few activities to get to know the city. Also great recommendation of the hotel nearby. In Trapani there is a very nice clean beach right in the city, 10 min walk from the school.

The teachers responded individually to the level and learning needs of the students. It was great that only Italian was spoken. A lot of effort was also made with beginners. In addition to the language, the teachers also taught a lot about the culture of Sicily and life in Italy. That was great.

The teaching is of a very high standard, and the teachers do their utmost to adapt to the level of the students and to offer activities that interest them. The cultural programme is particularly rich and interesting.
An excellent school that really cares about the well-being and progress of its students.

With good teachers, small groups, and courses adapted to my learning objectives, Trapani is a nice laidback historic town close to several sites to see without too many tourists.

All the teachers were very good and enthusiastic about their work. Every day we got lots of material: texts, grammar points and excercises. We were given lots of homework which I liked since I feel I learn by doing. As all the teaching was in Italian I really learned a lot and became more confident in using Italian. It was a very nice experience and I'm already planning my next learning holiday.
