What our students said about Limassol

Life is concentrated only in the seaside part, marina and old town. No public transport outside the seaside part, lots of abandoned buildings, restaurants, narrow sidewalks, difficult to cross the street, no traffic lights in many places. Larnaca is much more attractive.

Depending on your accommodation, car hire is the ideal option. A beautiful town with the necessary infrastructure, beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The locals are very friendly and welcoming to Poles.

It is worth coming and seeing how the locals live, a beautiful promenade that impresses both during the day and at night, close to the Trodos mountains

Nick is great, with such a teacher it is worth taking a longer course! The people running the school and providing support - knowledgeable, accessible, open, smiling. Definitely everyone on site was there for the course participants. Thank you for that!
Great organisation, openness, accessibility of materials, library.

Very knowledgeable teacher Nick, pronounced all words clearly, when someone didn't understand something he repeated it twice, patient, friendly, helpful. Superb! The possibility to use books in the classroom was a plus, it was nice that the air conditioning worked in every room.

Information about Limassol

Why Limassol? Still known to many as Limassol, Lemesos is a cosmopolitan sea-side destination with a unique identity based on history and culture and one of Cyprus’ most underrated cities. Although its eastern edge is fringed by a group of some very bland-looking developments, the core is full of character. Wrapped around a castle, the historic centre radiates out in a web of lanes where old, shuttered houses and modern boutiques lie side by side. It’s an area buzzing with cafes, bars and restaurants that are as popular with locals as with visitors where you can sit back and enjoy views of the marina or old port.
