Limassol ratings & opinions
How our students rated their experience in Limassol
What our students said about Limassol
Life is concentrated only in the seaside part, marina and old town. No public transport outside the seaside part, lots of abandoned buildings, restaurants, narrow sidewalks, difficult to cross the street, no traffic lights in many places. Larnaca is much more attractive.
Depending on your accommodation, car hire is the ideal option. A beautiful town with the necessary infrastructure, beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The locals are very friendly and welcoming to Poles.
It is worth coming and seeing how the locals live, a beautiful promenade that impresses both during the day and at night, close to the Trodos mountains
Very nice Limassol marina, the rest of the city very very dirty, the shops quite nice. The restaurants tried and the gastronomy very good.
Excellent location with no awareness of the need for public transport, littering and craziness of drivers. No fun going out at night.
Free toilets, clean - great. Overall service in shops, packing even small shoping in bags. Very nice
City under construction , heavy traffic and noise , poorly organised public transport
A bit overbuilt and definitely very touristy during the season. Wonderful in April.
Limassol is a nice city, but it has bad transport. You often need to take a taxi.
Beautiful place to visit. Wonderful climate. Wonderful vegetation and views.

Nick is great, with such a teacher it is worth taking a longer course! The people running the school and providing support - knowledgeable, accessible, open, smiling. Definitely everyone on site was there for the course participants. Thank you for that!
Great organisation, openness, accessibility of materials, library.

Very knowledgeable teacher Nick, pronounced all words clearly, when someone didn't understand something he repeated it twice, patient, friendly, helpful. Superb! The possibility to use books in the classroom was a plus, it was nice that the air conditioning worked in every room.
