Granada ratings & opinions
How our students rated their experience in Granada
What our students said about Granada
Granada is an excellent city to visit. It has a rich history and cultural heritage. The Alhambra must go. Beyond the architecture and history, Granada's setting is also quite beautiful. The city is nestled at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains, providing a dramatic backdrop. And the mild Mediterranean climate makes it pleasant to explore the city's sights and landmarks year-round. Overall, I think Granada is a fantastic destination, offering visitors a chance to immerse themselves in Spanish history and culture.
I was hesitant to go because I saw on the news that the temperature was up to 38 °C. However, it was more comfortable than in other cities, as the temperature drops enough in the mornings and evenings to be cool enough to wear a long-sleeved shirt.
Great city, many things to do. Natural places to go, lot of opportunities to explore historical sites, and simply a very authentic city and chill to live in. I could easily do everything I normally did
I have been visiting Granada since 1995 and it is one of my favourite cities. It is wonderful, exciting, so much to do and very beautiful in parts. People are friendly and straight talking, love it.
This city surpassed my expectations, and I enjoyed exploring historical sites, as well as participating in hikes and mountain bike excursions in the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains.
Granada is a fabulous city. It's got a bit of everything and it's very affordable. The transport links are good and the staff at Linguaschools provided great tips and suggestions.
I always feel safe there, it is a well-organized city and you quickly become familiar with this city. I have been to Granada many times and will come again more often.
Besides the well-known tourist attractions (Alhambra), there are plenty of less touristy places and paths that illustrate the charm of the city.
Granada is a very beautiful city with old buildings, churches, attractive Albaycin and Alhambra, nice tapas bars and cafés. Friendly people
It is a good place for tourism and vacation. It amazes me how many people smoke and secondhand smoke is really hard for me to get used to.

Granada is a cultural town: a Moorish city surrounded by historic buildings; it is a place for the Flamenco finders and lovers, and student-based city.
It's an amazing city with centuries of history and a multicultural atmosphere, also reflected in its different areas. Close to mountains and the sea.
Most recent student reviews of language schools in Granada
The diversity of the students. There was no senior course, so I was in a mixed group in terms of age. If you are not a beginner, the international exchange is interesting. The location was perfect, in the old Arab quarter of Albaicin in Granada.

I was warmly welcomed at the school and immediately provided with all the information I needed, both verbally and in writing. The lesson times were ideal for me, as was the organisation of the lessons. Our two teachers, Pablo and Fransisco, were committed, extremely competent and very empathetic - I was more than impressed. If I were ever to attend a language course again, this school would be my absolute first choice. Everything was just right here - the organisation, the composition of the learning group, the provision of teaching materials and, above all, our teachers. Respect and many thanks for that.
The atmosphere at the school is very welcoming.
