“The teachers are very competent, interested, committed and friendly. I felt very welcome at all times. I was particularly pleased that cultural content was discussed in the lessons. The teachers responded very well to the language level of the individual students. The groups were not too large so that everyone could make progress.”

“Very flexible when it comes to changes in the schedule of private classes. The teachers were very friendly.”
“Very chaotic organization: wrong placement level-wise (although I did a test beforehand), second day school opened after classes should have already started, people lining up in front of the school; no equipment (PC, screen) but a whiteboard in the classrooms; there are even classrooms without windows; no library, not even a place where you can spend time with your fellow students outside the classroom or have a break - you needed to go outside on the street, because the terrace was also used a a classroom. The material ("textbooks") was also not very good, and that was not only my impression. Private classes always ran late, one day we had to change to another building and then the door was locked and nobody had a key. We had to go to starbucks and lost 20 minutes time (for one hour of private classes) Over all I was very underwhelmed by the school.”
Insider tip: “Look for another school.”
