Location: Jamaica Language School Ocho Rios is an English school located in the ancient fishing town of Ocho Rios, on Jamaica's northern coast. The school is in the Island Village shopping centre and entertainment complex, in the town centre. It is a short walk from Ocho Rios Bay Beach and has many shops, restaurants, eateries and attractions close by.
Course selection: The school's idyllic location helps it provide courses tailored to a range of students with various needs. In addition to a General English Language Experience, which is available to students aged from 12 years, the school also supplies Summer Language programmes for students aged from 8 years, Business English, and Exam Preparation (TOEFL, TOEIC). Students can also study Spanish at this school.
School facilities: The school is a short walk from the coastline and the infamous Ocho Rios Bay Beach. The facilities offer an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, tennis courts, a rooftop terrace, basketball courts, a gym, free after-class access to language learning software, a library and much more. All classrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have ample natural light to create an optimal learning environment.
Social and cultural: Some of the main attractions of Ocho Rios include Ocho Rios Beach, Dunn's River Falls & Park, Turtle River Park, Mystic Mountain Jamaica Adventure and Konoko Falls.
