Location: Green Korean Language School is situated in the Jongno-gu borough of Seoul. It has been described as the heart of the city and many dynasties resided in the palaces of the region. The Gyeongbokgung Palace is in the Jongno district and from Green Korean Language School, it is 15 minutes by public transport.
Local attractions: Although throughout history the palace has been systematically destroyed by wars, it is currently being restored to its former glory and it is still considered as one of the most significant of all the 5 palaces in Seoul. The N Seoul Tower rests on Mount Namsan, in the south of the city, 20 minutes by bus from the school. It is a popular spot as those who reach the top are rewarded with excellent views of the city and it is most visited at night when the tower lights up. For those who love shopping then look no further than the Myeong-dong region which is this city's main shopping district and 15 minutes from Green Korean Language School. Take a break from shopping and visit the Myeongdong Cathedral and the Myeongdong Nanta Theatre. Green Korean Language has lots of coffee shops, supermarkets and eateries around its building and a cinema for those who want to experience first hand a Korean film.
Public transportation: There is a metro station, Jonggak Station, just minutes from the front entrance which gives students an alternative mode of transport to the bus.
School facilities: Green Korean Language School has a modern interior that spans over two floors. On one floor is the Green Cafe where students can interact outside the classroom or meet other students studying at the school. The upper floor hosts bright and spacious classrooms which create the perfect learning environment.
Teaching style: The teachers are all highly qualified and selected through an intricate interview process to ensure the most professional teachers are selected. There are constant evaluations and training seminars for all the teachers so that students receive an up to date and diverse teaching style.
Cultural programmes: The culture of Korea is just as important to understand as the grammar and at Green Korean Language School there are cultural activities available after class including Taekwondo, making Kimchi, K-POP Dance among others for students to really immerse themselves in the culture. All elements of the Korean language are treated with equal importance and the school has a wide variety of class options so that students can match the class that best fits in with how they would like to spend their time in this beautiful, historical city.

“I LOVED my time at Green Korean Language School! Everything was smooth and welcoming, from the informative E-Mails by the languagecourse.net staff to my first day in class. The quality of the lectures and my teacher were amazing. I was in class with 5 other students from all over the world and the learning environment with them was perfect. The level the school assigned to me after my placement test fit perfectly. It was a challenge but that’s exactly what I wanted. It’s also very uncomplicated to switch levels once you are there, if needed. Next time I would love to stay for longer.”

“The school is good overall for short-term study, for longer study I wouldn't recommend it. The study plan is the same type, not diverse, very quickly boring, you study only according to the books, no steps aside the books, which makes the study process extremely boring. No additional materials or variety of study materials. Not enough time to understand well the grammar, not enouth time to practice speaking. Basically, the main study task is to complete one book in one month, which is very hectic. ”
