UNOSEL (Union Nationale des Organisations de Séjours Educatifs, Linguistiques et formation en langues)
Union Nationale des Organisations de Séjours Educatifs, Linguistiques et formation en langues (UNOSEL) is an association for centres offering courses, summer camps and/or school trips in French as a second language in France. It is both a mark of quality and an internal forum for it's members.
| Requirements UNOSEL member schools need to fulfill | Schools must pass a vigorous audit throughout all their departments in order to receive membership to UNOSEL. The will be revisited every three years to ensure that the standard of quality is continually high throughout their members. |
| Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by UNOSEL | The Charter of the Mediation of Tourism and Travel has been signed by UNOSEL and any student who has a complaint against a member of UNOSEL can request assistance from an impartial mediator of this organisation to help them with their dispute. |
