Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by AAIEP | Complaints against the code of conduct of a member school must be sent in writing to the current President or Executive Director of EnglishUSA. The President of EnglishUSA will submit the grievance within 30 days of retrieval to the Governance Committee. They, in turn, will send a report of their evaluation to the Board of Directors in 60 days from the initial submission. Membership can be terminated at this point during the process, if deemed necessary. The Governance Committee's solution will either be implemented or rejected by the Board and the President will inform both parties of the final action. |
