The city of Málaga is very lively and diverse! There is a lot of culture, some of which is free to visit! Museums, monuments, parks, the mountains, the sea ... The teachers always give a lot of insider tips, so you can also get to places where there are not too many tourists. On weekends it can get really loud and the next morning the streets are a bit dirty but that's how it is in a big city. On Monday, however, there is nothing more to see, because really every day the garbage is picked up and it is swept every day! The lessons are very intensive and you get a lot of support. Every Friday there is a test to check how far the level of knowledge is already advanced. The teachers are very competent and friendly and also the school management does everything to make you happy! The school is very clean, there are multimedia boards, PCs, kitchen...

Other comments With the Spanish buses you can get quickly and cheaply to other great cities like Córdoba, Seville, Nerja and Granada. Even the school organizes many excursions, so it really never gets boring! Even though the school is not in a very nice neighborhood, there is an Aldi and a Lidl around the corner to remember home during the break

The faculty members and the professors are very personable, caring. One particular professor spoke very clearly fully using her mouth, more like exaggerating, but it helped A LOT for me to understand the pronunciation/and understanding. The class I was assigned was small (2-3 students), enough for each of us to have opportunity to speak up.

The teachers are fantastic but also the reception staff is more than helpful and kind. I registered very late and arrived on Monday evening. I could only arrive the next day and had no confirmation, but the school was very flexible and Cristina arranged everything to start on time. Great new school building, everything perfect.
Insider tip: I will probably go again next year, but for at least 2 or 3 weeks to enjoy more.

The teachers were very nice, competent and helpful. The class was great and I was able to get from 0 to B1, thanks to good methods and teaching material. I am very enthusiastic about the school and about Málaga itself. I will be back!
Insider tip: Take as many classes as possible. Here you learn as much in one day as you would in a Spanish class in Germany in a month. Or even more. And on the weekend, explore the city, which has a lot to offer.

Questions and answers about Academia AIFP

  • You can choose either Silver or Gold courses. Both of them include 20 group lessons of General Spanish to improve your overall level of Spanish and 10 or 20 private lessons per week where you can concentrate on learning the most important Spanish business vocabulary, and how to deal with common business situations.

  • Intensive Plus course would be an ideal option for you. It consists of 20 lessons in a group of maximum 9 students and 10 lessons in small groups of 2-4 students. With this course you will not learn Spanish faster, but more intensively.

Madly Simba, Language Travel Consultant from LanguageCourse.Net - Dec 08, 2023
  • While language courses can really help you improve your skills, there's no guarantee you'll be fluent by the end of the course. Fluency depends on a number of factors. If the course is on the shorter side – say, a few weeks or months – it's unlikely you'll become fully fluent. You'll need to practise consistently for a longer period of time to become fluent. An intensive, immersive course with several hours of study each day can help you make quicker progress, but it still depends on your starting level and how much effort you put into learning. If you're a complete beginner, it might be unrealistic to expect to achieve fluency within a short course. It often takes years of practice to become fluent, especially if you're learning in a non-immersive environment. If you're studying in a country where Spanish is spoken and you're interacting with locals regularly, you're likely to improve much faster. While a language course can provide a strong foundation and accelerate your progress, fluency is a gradual process that depends on time, effort, immersion, practice, and real-life exposure.
