February 2025Concertgoers can expect a charming outdoor setting amidst the vineyards, complemented by live music performances from big name bands. The event combines the music festival experience with a strong emphasis on the wine experience, offering the chance to attend the event as part of the VIP Wine Club.
April 2025Now running for 36 years the festival attracts large numbers of locals and visitors.Each year people come in droves to take in the stunning scenery and see festival attractions such as the street parade, the Arrow Miners Band play on the Old Red truck and the Buckingham Belles Can Can at the lunchtime entertainment.Many long held festival traditions like the Art Exhibition at the Lakes District Museum, the parade and market day, and the Quiz remain very popular today and each year new events are added to the programme mix to keep it fresh and interesting.While the festival has grown a lot over the past few years and now has around 30 events over 5 days, it still remains very much a community festival with many locals either performing, volunteering or taking part in some way every year.
June 2025Since 1975, this festival has been held to celebrate winter and it is now one of the most famous of its kind. Locals and tourists dance, party in the streets and race in the mountains!
November 2025This marathon event has options for everybody! Ranging from 3 to 42 km, people can enjoy a nice workout exploring one of the most beautiful landscapes on earth.
