Location: Instituto Superior de Español (ISE) Amazon Jungle is uniquely located in the biodiverse site of the Yasuni National Park Biosphere Reserve in the Amazon Basin, an area registered as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The school is housed within an Eco-lodge in the jungle, around an hour's journey on a motorised canoe from Coca, Ecuador.
Course selection: The Tourist Amazon Spanish Course is suitable for students of all levels. The programme includes 20 Spanish lessons per week, transportation between the lodge and Quito Airport (arrival and departure), accommodation, meals, tours and excursions.
Social and cultural: The abundance of biodiversity in the area surrounding the school is fantastic. Activities and excursions in the area can include observing local wildlife in their natural habitats, hiking, exploring the jungle at night, piranha fishing and visiting local indigenous families.

This is a very complete programme that will allow you to relax and get the most out of your time in South America. It also includes:
- Airport pickup.
- Round-trip transportation from Quito to the Jungle and back (9 hours by bus).
- Round-trip transportation from Coca to the Eco Lodge and back (1 hour by motorised canoe).
- Accommodation for 5 days/4 nights (per week) in double Indian Hut.
- Guided afternoon tours and excursions.
- Luggage Storage and Safety box.
Weekends: Optional stay without classes: USD 262 per week.
Not Included: - Optional round-trip flight from Quito to Coca: USD 100 per way or by bus.

Special note for 2025 holiday season: If you plan to take a course during the high season months of April, June, July or August 2025 we urgently advise you to book as early as possible. In 2024 many schools were fully booked during the holidays and the situation is unlikely to be different for 2025 due to a current shortage of teachers, which affects most schools.
