How our students rated their experience in Shanghai
What our students said about Shanghai
For me as a first time traveler to China, Shanghai was probably the best Chinese city to visit as a foreigner since it was very internationally orientated, offered both a lot of Chinese (also from many different provinces) and western cuisine and had enough attractions and landmarks to easily fill two weeks of stay.
Interesting city to visit. Difficult sometimes if you don't know mandarin!
Shanghai is not clean but there are many sights to see.

The teachers are all really friendly and helpful. With the help of the App, course material can also be worked on online. In addition, the material is always printed out after the lesson. At the beginning of each lesson there is a small repetition, which I personally find very good, because this strengthens what has been learned. Every question, including organizational questions, was thoroughly dealt with and answered. Although you are not the only student in the school, concerns were dealt with attentively and quickly, so that no questions remained unanswered. This applies both to the lessons themselves, as well as to the organizational aspects (e.g. app access, etc.). The location is great, directly at the Jing'n Temple metro station.
I am really very happy to have chosen this school. At the beginning I was not sure at which level my language skills were. But already after 1 day my courses were adjusted so that they were perfect and individually tailored to me. In unclear cases just talk to the teachers, they always do their best to put together the ideal package for everyone. So in the end I had a mixture of part-time and full-time and 1 on 1 classes. So if you can't decide what to choose, just talk to the teachers. It can always be customized afterwards. This flexibility is really not a matter of course for language schools. Also, emails or inquiries were answered quickly.

The location is very good, many restaurants, cafes, shops in the area. The atmosphere at the school is very cozy and friendly. The lessons were instructive and interesting (at intermediate level). The teachers had a real enthusiasm for teaching. Small class size gave everyone an opportunity to interact and practice. Staff offered very useful travel assistance.
