Location: Sol Camps Oxford is a junior language institute based in the infamously student-friendly city of Oxford, in England. The school is housed within the St. Anthony's Campus of the University of Oxford, in a central location within walking distance of Oxford city centre, with many amenities, attractions and sites of social and cultural interest.

Course selection: Courses selection includes fully immersive summer junior camps, day programmes and tuition only. Students can take the programmes with activities, excursions, and accommodation (full board), during the summer months.

Whether students take the School, Day or Overnight programme, all include 20 hours of tuition per week, insurance, course materials, daily afternoon lunch, and a Sol Camps swag.

The Day programme also includes afternoon activities.

The Overnight programme also includes evening activities, 3 meals per day and weekend excursions.

Getting around: Birmingham International Airport is around a 2-hour journey via public transport or a 70-minute drive from the school. Alternative methods of transport to Oxford include train, with Oxford Central train station within walking distance of the school campus.

Social and cultural:  Popular activities include Oxford Castle, Oxford Botanical Gardens, Punting, St Mary's Tower, Ashmolean Museum and the Natural History Museum.

Excursions and trips may include Brighton, Stonehenge and Bath, London and much more.

Visa Documents

Nationals from Hong Kong do not require a visa to study short term courses up to 180 days. A valid passport and an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is required to enter the UK. The application for the ETA is done online https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta. The answer is expected within 3 working days, costing GBP 10. The ETA allows multiple entries in the country for up to 6 months for a maximum of 2 years or until the passport used when applying expires.
Check visa requirements for nationals from other countries.
Nationals from countries that require a visa will receive documents from the school, related to booking confirmation, which is required for the visa application.
