Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by NZQA | Any complaints that a student has regarding a school that has been registered with NZQA must first be internally addressed with the school themselves. If a solution can not be resolved, then the student can download the complaints form from the website and send the completed form with any supporting evidence virtually or physically to one of the following addresses; |
Any guarantees for students in case of bankruptcy of a language school associated with NZQA | NZQA is not responsible if a school offering NZQA accredited courses should go bankrupt. NZQA is involved in the registration of Private Training Establishments (PTEs) and one of the registration requirements is that the PTE have a Student Fee Protection (SFP). |
