EduSA (Education South Africa)
Education South Africa (EduSA) is dedicated to growing the travel industry found in the education of English as a second language in South Africa. EduSA ensures that all students who attend one of its member schools receive an education package of a high calibre.
Requirements EduSA member schools need to fulfill | Centres of education who request membership of EduSA will have a full inspection by the association into all their departments including: the facilities and services at the school, the teachers, the courses, management and administration as well as all accommodation options and their guidelines. |
Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by EduSA | If a student believes that a provider has gone against the EduSA Code of Conduct then a complaint can be sent to the following email address: info@edusouthafrica.com |
Any guarantees for students in case of bankruptcy of a language school associated with EduSA | If an EduSA school goes bankrupt then there is a scheme set up to protect the student. The monies will be recovered to the student and an alternative centre, offering as close to the original course as possible, will be found. |
