Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by BAC | To submit a complaint against a BAC-accredited provider, students will need to send all documentation to the BAC offices or via email to info@the-bac.org. Documentation submitted against the provider must include evidence of communications that the issue has not been resolved directly between the student and the provider. Any further documentation relating to the student's grievance, such as enrolment letters, payment receipts or visa letters, must be included in their submission. |
