French with Cooking
Standard 20 course plus 3 afternoon cooking lessons per week (6 hours per week). The students will have classes in the morning every single day (General 20 course) + 3 times per week a 2 hours introduction to French cuisine in the afternoon (15:30 to 17:30). In general the cooking workshop runs from Monday to Wednesday.
The workshop will be given by a Cook. There is only one hob and the chef will show the students how to prepare the dishes, will explain a little bit about the history of the plates and by the end of the sessions the students will have a tasting of the dishes together in a convivial atmosphere
The aim of this course is to combine French with the gastronomic culture of the country and make discover the students the main basis of the French cooking.
The dishes will be the most typical French recipes: Quiches, crêpes, Blanquette de veau, Boeuf Bourguignon...

Group classes from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 2 culinary activities (1 gourmet tour of the city of Nice to discover local specialities and a cooking class).

The content of the course is based around the following areas:

- France and the local cuisine: French regional specialties.
- The differences between the North and the South of the country.
- Learn how to create a delicious recipe with French culinary vocabulary to impress your guests.
- Visit to a local market with regional products.
- Learn to identify products and create full menus.
Standard Course + Cooking
This course includes 20 general language lessons and 8 cooking lessons per week.
French & Cooking
16 French lessons (A2 to B2) plus 2 cooking classes (3 hours each) per week.
Junior Standard Program & Cooking and Gastronomy + Accommodation
This programme combines language lessons (Standard course) with cooking sessions (3 afternoons per week). It also includes lunch (from Monday to Saturday), 1 full-day excursion on Saturday and activities and workshops every evening.
For the same price, students can also stay at the Parc Impérial or Les Eucalyptus residences.
Additional optional fees:
